We’re in the business of making exceptional coffee accessible. That’s why we’re committed to upgrading our fulfilment and shipping standards to a daily dispatch, MOn - fri.

IMPORTANT: WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO FULFIL YOUR ORDER ON TIME, HOWEVER N PERIODS OF HIGH DEMAND, THERE MAY BE A SMALL DELAY IN DISPATCH.

Cutoff timeS

Orders placed before 12pm aest will be dispatched same day, orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched next day. This does not extend to orders placed after cutoff on fridays, as the warehouse is non operational on weekends.

Subscriptions

The automated subscription orders will be dispatched same day provided they are scheduled prior to 12pm aest, beyond this, orders will be pushed to next day dispatch.

We use australia post as our primary partner, express and standard shipping options are available.

estimates on the shipping options (1-2 days, 3-4 days) are broad estimates and will vary based on Auspost capacities and availability. cassiopeia is not responsible for packages damaged in transit, however we are always happy to discuss options and possible replacements in certain circumstances.
